Multi Disc Sludge Dewatering & Sludge Paddle Dryer Working Process:

Sludge Inlet: The sludge is fed into the Multi Disc Sludge Dewatering unit through an inlet hopper.

Pre-Treatment: The sludge passes through a conditioning tank where it is mixed with a polymer solution. The polymer flocculates the sludge particles, forming larger aggregates that are easier to dewater.

Initial Filtration: The conditioned sludge enters the dewatering drum, which consists of multiple discs. The discs create narrow gaps through which water can pass while retaining the solid sludge particles.

Further Dewatering: The dewatered sludge moves through the drum, undergoing additional compression and dewatering until it reaches the desired solid content.

Discharge: The dewatered sludge is discharged from the unit, ready for further processing or disposal. The filtrate is collected separately and can be treated further if necessary.
